This was a quick and creepy sketch by Russ...

Then I did this more wholesome sketch...

Then Liz Werle took the two and built the puppet!

After a few episodes (Jim Williams is the puppeteer) I took Steve's Mom for a little facelift, updating her eyes and glasses.
