Was built for the Elmwood Production: Rocket Time by me!!! Pete made the other main puppets, and Liz made one also that cameos in a scene with Johnnie Sojive...
It's a mini version of Rocket Time Guy 1 that was supposed to be attached to a model rocket...

I'm not really sure if this qualifies as a puppet, but we used him in a puppet flick and made him move, so I guess by definintion he counts!
