Wait... It's done filming???

Sunday was a wrap on principal filming for "Bernice, Too"

What that means is all the major shots are done.  All that may be left to film are a couple little things we may have missed along the way, or if we come up with something to add while editing.

But for all intentions - the movie is done filming.

It's been quite a trip.  We hoped to have this out a year ago.  But, well a pandemic happened.  And life happened.

But we did it. 

By hook or by crook we did it.

Thank you to Mike for coming up with the idea for this flick and for sitting with me as we took it to the next level of weird.  And thank you to the whole Elmwood crew for all the ideas, skits, and pure talent that you all brought into making this movie.

To all the Kickstarter bakers - Thank you too!  For your patience and support!

I must have really upset the Facebook overlords this weekend.

They now consider this website/blog to be spam, and they have blocked me from posting anything at all on Instagram.

It's kinda funny.  

I prefer to use this site anyway...  So I'll be sticking to it going forward.

The FB and IG I have that are personal will still be there, but only going to use it for sharing Elmwood Productions stuff.

Came out about a year before my mom passed away.

And in that year and the year that followed this on was play on a more than regular basis.  
Late nites in the dark, long drives, even a drive to move to Florida...
Been spinning it a lot again lately.

This is actually the second puppet I have made of Elmwood's buddy Ray.  

He also appeared in a younger version of himself in a cameo in
"The Risley Brothers: Welcome To The Wooden Beaver".

We love this guy, the real Ray.  He's a huge supporter of ours and a great friend!

In March 2015 Elmwood Productions held it's premiere screenings of HEAD - A one of a kind horror film starring a cast of puppets.

Since it's release the movie has played in film festivals in six continents, won six awards, sold out DVDs and screenings and was picked up for distribution by Terror Films.

Elmwood Productions is excited to bring the film to Sea Tea Comedy Theater for this special screening in honor of the 20th Anniversary of Elmwood Productions!

Following the movie members of the cast and crew will be on hand for a Q & A session, and a puppetry demonstration.

Doors open at 8:30, the movie starts at 9:00.

HEAD is a one of a kind film starring an all puppet cast in a throwback to the slasher films of the 1970's and 1980's. A group of twenty somethings go for a nice fall weekend camping trip and end up in the middle of nightmare they may never escape from.

Rated R for all the stuff you'd expect from a horror flick, like blood, four letter words, and puppet nudity. 65 minutes long.
